Best Western Plus Vineyard Inn & Suites

Overall satisfied with the hotel. The bathrooms are small and the walls are thin. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were too soft and had no support. The majority of employees were friendly and helpful though I did have an issue with one who was rude and unhelpful. We added the wine package which only gave the choice between 2 wines, either a sweet red or a reisling.

Super solid offering that’s immaculately clean. Location is walkable to town and in the middle of the Finger Lakes. Quick Uber to some wineries if that’s your thing. Hotel staff was amazing and they kept the place spotless. Well I did find some dust on the back of the TV. Yes, I checked because the rest of the room was so clean. Amenities were decent and the room was well appointed and mostly newer furniture. Nice options for breakfast. Nothing crazy, but solid.

Surprisingly a very nice place. I usually stay in Marriotts but there was none in the area. This hotel was very nice. Rooms good, bed comfortable, free breakfast and good location for getting to all the wineries.

Great quality hotel centrally located in Penn Yan. You can walk downtown in less than 5 minutes. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is very welcoming and nice. We had a dog with us and she was made to feel at ease by the staff. As long as your dog is well behaved, the hotel is extremely pet friendly.

This is the best Best Western Hotel we have ever stayed in. It was a Sunday night so the price was great, on check in they gave us 2 water bottles and some snacks, how nice is that? I never give out 5 star reviews but this one came close. The little town is nice, we ate at the Keuka Restaurant which was good and had very large portions, we paid more for dinner and drinks than we did for the room at the Best Western. It was a 6 minute walk from the hotel to the restaurant.

Overall an excellent experience! Room with king bed was spacious, we had a microwave and refrigerator. Hot breakfast was very good. They had an awesome coffee machine! The pancake machine wad pretty cool. They offered flavored beverages and coffee 24/7. Staff were great. Pool and hot tub were great as well, in good condition and well maintained. Everything was super clean! I didn't appreciate the smoking location right outside the main doors, why not have ur designated smoking at the rear of the building. Other then this we had a great experience!

A great place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. Parking was convenient, free and close to the entrance. You can not beat the value of this hotel; friendliness of the staff. Recommend your breakfast at the hotel be a quick juice/coffee and eat at the friendly local village spots for a treat to country living.

Very clean, bright and inviting. We've stayed at many hotels as we travel for retirement. The eggs were better than some of the other best westerns we have stayed at. One recently taste like watered down eggs. The coffee was amazing and the homemade fried potatoes or whatever you call them in new York we're cooked to a nice crisp. We found it very nice that you had coffee all day. Overall, it was a really really nice stay. We went to Watkins Glen and that was a great day as well. So nice little trip overall. I wish we were staying longer. The check-in team was great and the checkout team was great and we inquired about some things in the area and they helped us very much at the front desk as well. Other than that, we did not interact with any other team members. We were there for one night.
